  • Yes!

We always invite as many hotel and transportation companies as we can make contact with.

In recent years, we have had IHG, Starwood, Marriott, Hilton, Wyndham, La Quinta, Posadas, Scandic, Accor, Millenium, and NH hotels national and international sales reps for the airline segment.

Some crew transportation companies, third party (room brokers) and larger hotel management companies also attend

  • In the closed sessions it’s just the pilots and there they are able to discuss contract language, relationships with their hotels and managements.

Ways of interacting with their pilots, how to conduct site inspections and building a network in the hotel industry.

  • During open sessions, we invite all vendors present into the meeting room to participate in open discussions of topics brought forward by all attendees.

We also have a day of “speed dating” where the pilots get to meet with the vendors present one on one to discuss issues their pilots may have.

We do not discuss contracts or rates with the vendors unless the pilot’s management allows that discussion.

Our goal is always to improve the pilot’s layover experience.
